Event Description

Event addressing future of TV in the UK and globally, with particular emphasis on the policy and production issues facing the whole industry. Highlights include the James MacTaggart lecture and the Alternative MacTaggart lecture.
23-25 August, 2012

The Edinburgh International Television Festival enables TV and media execs to meet, talk and do business while hearing from the very best TV talent from both sides of the camera. 
 

It is the leading forum for essential television debate. Many of the festival’s keynotes and masterclasses have been recognised as seminal moments in the evolution of today’s television industry. 
 

Over 200 journalists regularly attend the Festival and stories are picked up by a wide selection of the world’s media, from all the leading national dailies to trade press and specialist media.
