Dear EJC Members, Friends, Colleagues,

I'm doing research on cultural diversity and issues in different countries in the world. Specially, I'm interested to know about employment issues, discrimination regarding gender, ethnicity, language and many other aspects, as it seems that every country deal with those issues in a different way.

Furthermore, I am promoting diversity here at the community as well. I wish to get to know all of you, to get news from you and your country, to establish a dialogue with each and everyone. I think the greatest legacy of mankind is our capactiy to socialize, to accept and respect people independent of their backgrounds.

I am greatful with all the reactions and viewers of the current diversity project I have launched in the last week of May. At this very moment, 418 people have read my appeal, asking everyone to join it. I have had some interesting reactions from Denmark, Rwanda, Hungary, Italy, and Brazil. However, I am still expecting and hoping that you all will send me pictures of your country, your visions and ideas of what is diversity, so I can make a composition/album/clip to present to the community.

It is a great opportunity for you all to show your work, to introduce yourself, your country, the things you like, to share your views with the rest of the world. You can write a poem, you can send one of your articles on PDF (if it mentions any aspect of diversity in your country or elsewhere). I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Eliana

It is also an important way to communicate in some of our world's societies as part of their culture.Although it is very important and for many people the only…See More
