For those of you who are interested in learning about media ethics issues and journalism stories with an international and cross-cultural focus, take a look at the work the Center for International Media Ethics is doing. They offer online journalism training, a media ethics blog, occassional events and contests, and a monthly newsletter (which I currently compile and edit).
October's newsletter features articles on CIME's 2011 essay-writing contest, solution journalism, and poverty's portrayal in photojournalism. Check it out here! Or, better yet, subscribe to get it delivered straight to your inbox each month!
