A craft enthusiast with media experience is required to strengthen the editorial team at Practical Publishing International, an established publisher of market-leading cardmaking, knitting and general craft magazines.

The successful applicant will have the ultimate responsibility for producing a magazine to the very highest standard, on schedule and on budget.

The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills; the editor must plan and commission each issue, build a first class team of contributors, edit copy, and sign off all copy proofs.

They’ll always have an eye on how the title could further improve and will work to develop contacts within the craft industry.

This position is based at our office in Stockport. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
