We are always looking for talented and experienced people to join the channel, either as staff or on a freelance basis. Perfect English or Arabic is an absolute must.

English Language Editor

RT.com seeks English language editors for our expanding online news service working in our Moscow HQ.

You should be an experienced online editor and have an active interest in news. You will have worked in a multi-media news organization and appreciate the intricacies involved in editing rolling news for Web 2.0.

You will edit output from our multi-national team of journalists, working with existing style-guidelines while developing new aspects for our team.

We offer a great opportunity to join a growing team with a growing presence in global news, and to shape the output in consultation with your fellow editors.

A working knowledge of Russian would also be an advantage.

Translator for English-language channel

Requirements:
Experience of work producing written translation – no less than 5 years (preferably in mass media)

Good knowledge of current events
Simultaneous translation skills
French or German a bonus
