Vitesse Media is looking for a journalist who can work on both its flagship publication Growth Company Investor and taxguide.co.uk.

For the role at Growth Company Investor the role will involve writing news and research on companies in the small-cap space, with the work to include writing recommendations on a daily basis.

Some knowledge of investing/economics/business will be an advantage but training will be provided.

The opportunity exists for occasional international travel to locations across the world, in particular Africa and the former Soviet Union.

Experience with social media/online content would be an advantage.

For the work at taxguide.co.uk the publication is looking for a self-starter who can upload content, secure interviews and come up with stories relating to tax. No previous knowledge of taxation is required.

Required:

• A quick learner who is able to process a considerable amount of information and make decisions quickly.
• The ability to work under pressure and keep to deadlines.
• Good social skills and the ability to ask challenging questions.
