I am interested in how policies affect people on the ground. I am particularly interested in human rights in post-Soviet countries, state response to poverty, resilience and law. Having graduated in Social Anthropology from Cambridge University last year, I've been pursuing a career in political think-tanks. Privately, I am currently researching for two pieces: about lack of transparency in bureaucratic procedures in Ukraine and this affects the poorest, and about refugees from Chechnya in Poland. I'm looking forward to talking to other users who share my interests.
