Tell us a little bit about yourself
Malik Faisal Moonzajer the Founder of Journalism & Violence Committee, born 06.08.1989 in Jawzjan Province, in the north of Afghanistan, on 2005 graduated from Mowlana High School in Jawzjan Province. And in 2009 he graduated from the Journalism Faculty of Balkh University.

Professional records:
12 June 2011 – Now working as the Organizational Development officer (ODO) in HTAC (Help The Afghan Children) office in Jawzjan, during his works here, he develops action plans for the organizational development, proposals to receive certain grants, following up the implementation of the project plans, providing internal trainings and consultation to CSOs and practical technical assistance , doing capacity building assessments and preparing bi-weekly and quarter reports, and other relevant works.

December 2009 – March 2011 Regional Manager at the Nai Supporting Open Media in Afghanistan, in Northern and northeast Provinces (9 Provinces of the Afghanistan), during this period of his services he implemented trainings and development programs in the nine Provinces. Also during working period he successfully implemented the youth project (6 Monthly Project), B-1560 Media development project, and a quarter in S-5038 Project.

August 2009 – Now Correspondent and coordinator for the IMS (International Media Support) during his experiences working with the IMS , he had visited northern and northeast radio stations, journalists and media outlets and had prepared several security reports (monthly, quarter reports) and had several meetings and attended inauguration ceremonies Representing IMS .

January 2010 – Now Correspondent and reporter for the JICC ( Journalism in Crisis Coalition) ,he had worked for more than one year as the Manager for the AJC( Afghanistan Journalism centre) and correspondent in JICC organization both in Development Network and JICC Journalism Union.

May 2008 – December 2009 Editor at the Radio Rabia Balkhi, arranging and organizing programs for broadcast, supporting announcers, producers and Radio manager in the management field and helping the administration , during services at the Rabia Balkhi , he had attended in Political round tables in TV stations and Radio stations.
