- As a journalist I have always shown keen interest in multi-lateral and regional -, as opposed to local subjects. In the stories that really matter on a global scale. I have close to 20 years of experience, covering a wide range of subjects and working for major media in the Caribbean and internationally. I have worked (and still work) mostly freelance all my career, for among others Reuters Alertnet and the Associated Press, while working as Editor and Editor in Chief for local newspapers throughout the region.
I am versatile, a generalist and a globalist, am fluent in English and Dutch.
