I've asked to provide a  better link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Iz7HkbLXqM and a translation of the song I used at my blog Syrian's Heroes, a couple of minutes ago. Here are both versions: Portuguese and English

 Bleeding   (Gonzaga Jr.)

When I release my voice please understand

Word for word here is a person surrendering

With my heart in my mouth open chest, I'll keep…

Day's Message to Syrian's heroes : These are the struggles of our lives that I'm singing!

Hi everyone, I know that there are news everyday, therefore, I hope we do not forget that Syria's struggle for democracy is happening everyday. This is a very short message, just to remind our Syrian people that we will not forget them. If we can't be there to join the uprising we can be there with our hearts and minds. Music is a powerful way to express our feelings and I really hope, this song of Gonzaguinha, will show our Syrian brothers and sisters that we care, and we are bleeding,…

A Different View of the World

Dear Reader,

Everyday the Media reports many facts, most of them, did not really exist at the moment they were reported. With lots of information available it is sometimes difficult to decide what to read and what is reality or fiction. One…

A Brazilian in Berlin and Nuclear Powerplants.

My first day in Berlin was peaceful. I visited the Postdamer Platz, the place where humans were separated by a wall of intolerance phisical and psychological, that limited freedom of movement, thought, freedom of speech, and only God knows which other limitations the war might have caused to the people of Berlin only, as the impact it had on mankind is yet, immesurable. Fortunately, instead of depression or devastation, a Japanese company gave Berlin, a wonderful place, where peace is…

Kader Arif: "We need to create a public debate".

The resignation of Kader Arif, of his position as rapporteur for ACTA, last January, rings the bell of "how far" the EU Commission has betrayed our trust in the EU. It is an evidence that the treaty is harmful and misleading.

It is on the other hand, a sign of hope that we still can fight and defeat such an agreement, if we unite and direct our actions to our own Parlamentarians, urging them "not to sign" it or ratify it in June 2012.

In exclusive interview to…

Journalism – not just who but where?

Journalism – not just who but where?Although many in the business of journalism tend to see their problems collectively, in the same light – a band of brothers and sisters stretching across the globe, this is not always the case. It is a question not only of who but where. Does this mean that freedom of speech should be forgotten or downgraded, of course not,  but we may have to…See More

What is a 'foreign philosophy?'

In considering the question of the ability for integration into culture, which is necessary to get residence in some European countries, I ask this question:  What is the effect of a person living in a foreign boarding school, or a school run along the lines of a foreign philosophy?  For example: If a person who does not live in…See More
